Elves@work

Since I am doing quite a variety of handmade items, my 3 little ones inspired me to create a brand name for my sewing craft.

My Little ones once told me " Mummy, you are like the elves in the story " shoemaker and elves" making lots of shoes etc..." And Since I have my 3 little ones who always help me a great deal in sorting my materials, I have decided this will be it. :)

Yeah!! We will be working in our new craft premises from January 2012 onwards ... thats TAMPINES! Working hour will be advise nearer to date :)

Behind the scene of each creation...

Kristine, the founder of My Craft Place. She is the one in love with Japanese handicrafts work and sewing of small zakkas : baby booties, hat, bonnet etc. A full time Stay At home mummy who manage the home, 3 kids, husband and her little humble handmade business.

Xiao Yue , my sister in law and also our master seamstress. She is from Hangzhou, one of the China province where by garments are being manufacture. With her 20 over years experience in pattern making and sewing, her skills and knowledge is amazing and fantastic. She is the one behind every single stitches for the adult and children clothings :)

My 3 beautiful kids, Ignatius and the twins, Giselle and Danielle are our main models for all the clothings and accessories. Without them, we will never be able to experiment different types of designs and materials. :)
